Vision Personnel is working with an existing client, who's looking for aMaintenance Contracts/Account Manager.
Requirements:
- Proficient in quoting and day to day running of clients
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in reactive maintenance or construction
- Proficiency in CAFM systems (e.g., Access Maintain, Verisae)
- Strong focus on customer service, with experience in quoting and estimating
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, with a willingness to learn new systems
- Reliable, punctual, with strong time management skills
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical clients
- Experience in handling financial matters (e.g., invoicing)
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritise tasks, and resolve issues efficiently
- Knowledge of maintenance processes, technical documents, and reports
- Analytical thinking to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Duties:
- Communicate effectively with clients and manage financial discussions
- Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
- Organise and prioritise tasks, managing multiple accounts
- Interpret technical documents and solve problems efficiently
Additional Information:
- Smart dress code required for client meetings
- Office-based role with an 80/20 split between office and site visits
- May involve overnight stays and attendance at client functions (expenses covered)
