Vision Personnel is working with an existing client, who's looking for aMaintenance Contracts/Account Manager.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in quoting and day to day running of clients
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in reactive maintenance or construction
  • Proficiency in CAFM systems (e.g., Access Maintain, Verisae)
  • Strong focus on customer service, with experience in quoting and estimating
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, with a willingness to learn new systems
  • Reliable, punctual, with strong time management skills

Required Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical clients
  • Experience in handling financial matters (e.g., invoicing)
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritise tasks, and resolve issues efficiently
  • Knowledge of maintenance processes, technical documents, and reports
  • Analytical thinking to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions

Duties:

  • Communicate effectively with clients and manage financial discussions
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
  • Organise and prioritise tasks, managing multiple accounts
  • Interpret technical documents and solve problems efficiently
