Streamline Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a client based in Basildon for a Maintenance Coordinator/Account Manager. This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic team, handling day-to-day operations, planned maintenance schedules, and reactive requests, all while providing key support to the Help Desk Manager. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the smooth daily operation of a help desk, reporting directly to the Help Desk Manager.
  • Handle client requests via email, phone, and portal systems.
  • Input and manage calls through the company's CAFM system, assigning tasks to the appropriate trades and suppliers, scheduling appointments, sending purchase orders, and processing permits.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of both planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance schedules, ensuring that all updates are communicated to the relevant account coordinators.
  • Process supplier updates, gather quotes where necessary, and upload all relevant information to the CAFM system and client portals.
  • Estimate additional works as required.
  • Manage the closure of work orders and prepare reports for clients.
  • Participate in the out-of-hours weekday and weekend rotas, with overtime paid for weekend shifts.
  • Attend client meetings when necessary
