Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Manage daily office tasks, including maintaining records, organizing files, and handling correspondence.
Financial Coordination: Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and tracking expenses to ensure financial accuracy.
HR Administration: Support recruitment processes, maintain employee records, and manage onboarding and training schedules.
Operational Management: Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure deadlines are met across various projects.
Customer & Client Relations: Handle customer inquiries, build strong relationships, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Data Reporting: Generate and analyze reports to assist senior management in decision-making.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline office procedures for greater efficiency.
What Were Looking For
Proven experience in a business administration or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
