You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, providing them with the financial clarity they need to make informed choices. With a blend of hands-on accounting, commercial exposure, and cross-functional collaboration, this role offers the perfect platform for an experienced Management Accountant looking to make an impact.Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

Producing and coordinating monthly management accounts, including accruals and prepayments
Providing commentary and financial analysis to help stakeholders understand performance and identify areas for improvement
Reviewing cost variances and efficiencies, delivering insightful reports to senior management
Building and developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, especially to negotiate better pricing and terms
Managing intercompany accounting processes
Supporting the business with ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives

What you will need:

Previous experience in a similar role, such as Management Accountant / Accountant / Finance Manager / Commercial Accountant
To be a qualified accountant – ACCA / CIMA or equivalent
A background in management accounts, ideally within the manufacturing industry
To be a confident communicator who can translate financial information for non-finance teams
Strong Excel skills with experience in data analysis and manipulation
To be keen to develop your commercial finance skills and take ownership of key financial processes
