An exciting new role has been created for an Accounts Assistant to facilitate our continued growth both in the UK and Internationally. The role will encompass all aspects of supporting our Finance Director with the day-to-day financial operations from our HQ based in Basingstoke.

  • Amex postings
  • Dealing with supplier invoices including contractors
  • Uploading timesheets
  • Managing our contractors inbox
  • Raising credit notes on Xero
  • Managing our contractors payroll spreadsheet
  • Bank postings
  • Managing expenses claims
  • Raising credit checks

To be successful in your application, it is essential to have previous finance experience with a good knowledge of Excel and ideally gained within the recruitment industry. You will hold strong analytical skills and attention to detail as well as hold strong organisation skills.
