I'm recruiting for a Assistant Accountant, early in their studies to join a dynamic global finance team. This role is based in Basingstoke with a hybrid working pattern.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the preparation of monthly journals and balance sheet reconciliations
Deliver accurate, timely month-end reporting across multiple international entities
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures
Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to streamlining finance functions
Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure financial accuracy

Ideal Candidate:

Degree or 2+ years' finance experience, ideally started studying / part-qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
Experience in month-end close processes and financial controls
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Proactive and adaptable to a changing environment
