- Creating and sending out invoices to customers.
- Addressing any customer billing issues and queries.
- Collaborating with the Accounting & Finance Department to ensure accurate billing information.
- Organising and filing billing records for future reference.
- Preparing reports on billing activities.
- Updating customer information as needed.
- Ensuring all billing procedures comply with company and legal regulations.
- Communicating with other departments to ensure billing accuracy.
