Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join a beauty supplier business based near Basingstoke. This position is working 27-30 hours per week across 5 days.Product Administrator Responsibilities:- Provide crucial administrative support to the Product Manager- Complete and manage internal and customer facing documentation with accuracy- Update and maintain data on customer stock management reports- Inputting data using SAP system- Report, monitor and log customer complaints and product reviews- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gain artwork approvals- Document, log and organise product samples for customers- Support the team with pre production samples and mock ups- General adhoc administrative dutiesProduct Administrator Requirments:- Previous administration experience- Strong Microsoft Excel skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- High level of accuracy- Own transport due to rural locationProduct Administrator Package:- Monday to Friday- Hours can be flexible- £26,000 full time equivalent- 23 days annual leave (rising to 28 days after 5 years of service)- Up to 6% bonus (eligible after 12 months service)- Generous pension contributionIf you are interested in this Product Administrator position; please apply with an up to date CV or call Jemma at Pertemps.
