Senior Sales Administrator, Salary: £30k + Excellent benefits and career development opportunities, Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in the Basingstoke office with the option to work from home on Monday and Friday.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales Administrator to work for a Leading and growing IT solutions provider within their Private Sector Sales Support & Operations Team. We are keen to hear from customer focussed candidates with experience in a Sales Administrator or similar administrative role. Full training and onboarding provided.

Senior Sales Administrator role responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to the sales team to ensure sales order administration is processed efficiently to ensure customer delivery expectations are met.
  • Supplier and Customer liaison (obtaining pricing, lead-times, resolving any queries, liaising with customers advising delivery dates)
  • Collaborate with internal teams
  • Provide customer support, resolving queries and general enquiries.
  • Support with Supplier and Customer Setup, raising invoices and PO’s, credit control.
  • Managing stock.
  • Running reports and collating data
  • Using multiple systems, including SAP and Microsoft office.

Senior Sales Administrator Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
  • A confident communicator with the ability to build rapport and relationships with customers, internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills. Process driven with high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Good level of competency in using IT systems and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). SAP experience would be advantageous.
  • A positive attitude, team player mentality, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Knowledge / experience of the IT / tech sector would be advantageous but is not essential.
