Business Analyst

Our client is an investor-funded organisation dedicated to supporting individuals navigating their cancer journey. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the software solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of the users and support their strategic goals.
Day-to-day of the role:
Software Understanding and Development:
- Gain a deep understanding of the software to provide expert guidance and make informed decisions.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and the Head of Partnerships, Propositions, and Product.
- Generate new workflows and associated products on system software.
Stakeholder and Customer Interaction:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions.
- Gather and analyse customer feedback to inform product decisions and prioritise enhancements.
Documentation and Process Improvement:
- Document business requirements, assist in system testing and validation.
- Implement process mapping to identify and improve inefficiencies.
- Create technical documentation for new functionalities and workflows.
Project Coordination and Quality Assurance:
- Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain alignment with clinical standards and customer needs in product development.
Product Management:
- Conduct product demos for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage product lifecycle, including updates and enhancements.
- Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Essential:
- Proficiency in Miro, Visio, and Excel.
- Experience in product management.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to influence at all levels.
- Commitment to high standards of delivery and understanding of customer needs.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations.
- Exposure to broker and insurance business models.
- Certified Business Analyst and Project Management qualifications.
- Experience in both qualitative and quantitative customer insights.
