  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (37.5 hours per week, 1-hour unpaid lunch)

Our client is an investor-funded organisation dedicated to supporting individuals navigating their cancer journey. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the software solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of the users and support their strategic goals.

Day-to-day of the role:

Software Understanding and Development:

  • Gain a deep understanding of the software to provide expert guidance and make informed decisions.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and the Head of Partnerships, Propositions, and Product.
  • Generate new workflows and associated products on system software.

Stakeholder and Customer Interaction:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions.
  • Gather and analyse customer feedback to inform product decisions and prioritise enhancements.

Documentation and Process Improvement:

  • Document business requirements, assist in system testing and validation.
  • Implement process mapping to identify and improve inefficiencies.
  • Create technical documentation for new functionalities and workflows.

Project Coordination and Quality Assurance:

  • Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Maintain alignment with clinical standards and customer needs in product development.

Product Management:

  • Conduct product demos for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage product lifecycle, including updates and enhancements.
  • Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Proficiency in Miro, Visio, and Excel.
  • Experience in product management.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to influence at all levels.
  • Commitment to high standards of delivery and understanding of customer needs.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations.
  • Exposure to broker and insurance business models.
  • Certified Business Analyst and Project Management qualifications.
  • Experience in both qualitative and quantitative customer insights.
