As an Assistant General Manager your responsibilities will include the following:
- Driving customer service in your site.
- Ensuring standards are high across the site at all times.
- Driving sales and ensuring site profitability.
- Training, coaching and developing your team.
- Achieving store and company KPI's.
The ideal candidate:
- You will understand the people you manage, mentor, coach and identify the training needs required to maximise profitability throughout all departments.
- Be able to demonstrate a high level of operational, leadership, planning, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be target driven and customer service orientated
- Be highly motivated and ambitious.
- Be a self starter with a can do attitude.
