I'm working on behalf of a leading dealership in Basingstoke who are looking for a Service Executive to join their team. Previous experience wokring in a customer facing role where you need to up-sell / cross-sell products is required. 

Day to Day of the role:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking advice, servicing, and repairs for their vehicles.
  • Manage communication between the workshop and customers, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
  • Provide customers with estimates and timely updates on the status of their vehicle’s service or repair.
  • Accurately invoice and cost jobs for warranty/goodwill submissions.
  • Present detailed invoices to customers and facilitate payment in accordance with company procedures.
  • Monitor workshop job progress, advising service reception of any delays or complications.
  • Offer guidance and advice on mechanical and diagnostic queries as requested by Technicians.
