Platinum Recruitment are working in partnership with a country Farm shop cafe, who are looking for a Chef to assist them from 4 days a week (Saturday to Tuesday).

What's involved?
As a Chef on site you will be assisting the running of the kitchen with the Head Chef and also on their off days (usually Sunday Monday). You will be overseeing any junior members of the team to keep the standards the same in the Head Chef absence and make sure that all ordering, due diligence is completed whilst on site.
This property boasts as the perfect role, as it has that work/life balance with no evenings for the Chefs.
