Join the team at a prestigious luxury manor house hotel set in the beautiful Hampshire countryside. We are looking for a talented, passionate, and highly skilled Senior Chef De Partie to assist with special events and weddings, working closely alongside the Head Chef to create exceptional dining experiences for our discerning guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and assist with the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes for special events, weddings, and banqueting functions.
  • Work in close collaboration with the Head Chef to ensure smooth operation in the kitchen, maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.
  • Manage kitchen staff and ensure efficient and professional service during high-volume events.
  • Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring the team maintains excellent standards of food preparation and hygiene.
  • Work independently when required, as well as within a collaborative team environment.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in a premium background, ideally within a luxury hotel, fine dining, or high-end banqueting setting.
  • Strong experience and confidence in working with banqueting and large-scale events.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • A proactive and hands-on approach to leadership, with the ability to inspire and support your team.
  • Impeccable standards of food hygiene and health & safety.

Additional Requirements:

  • A vehicle is essential due to the remote location of the hotel and limited public transport access.
