Business Development Executive

Basingstoke, office based

£27,000 - £35,000 + uncapped commission

08:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join a dynamic and growing company. This role focuses on business development, outbound prospecting and relationship building with medium-sized clients. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive for business growth, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to re-engage lapsed clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate pricing with customers in alignment with company policies.
  • Process sales orders using customer and product management software.
  • Handle purchasing negotiations and order processing through the CRM system.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and business retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth operational processes.
  • Attend meetings to contribute to business growth strategies.
  • Adhere to quality management procedures in line with industry standards.
  • Undertake any additional duties required to support business objectives.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident in handling customer interactions.
