Learning & Development Advisor - Basingstoke (Hybrid) - £35000

About the Role

A great opportunity has arisen for a Learning & Development Advisor to join a growing organisation that values professional growth and employee development. This role will focus on designing, delivering, and embedding learning initiatives across the business, supporting leadership and management training, and ensuring employees have the tools they need to succeed.

Duties will include:

  • Designing and delivering engaging training programmes for employees at all levels.
  • Managing and maintaining learning resources and training materials.
  • Monitoring and reporting on training engagement and completion.
  • Overseeing third-party training providers and external learning partnerships.
  • Supporting the implementation and administration of Learning Management Systems.
  • Assisting in the development and execution of apprenticeship schemes.
  • Analysing learning data to measure the impact of training initiatives.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends to enhance learning programmes.

About You

You will have experience designing and delivering training programmes, along with a solid understanding of L&D best practices. Organised and proactive, you are comfortable managing multiple priorities and using technology to support training initiatives. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels are key. A CIPD Level 3 qualification is desirable but not essential.
