Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Training Operations Coordinator
for our client based in Crowthorne.
Role: Training Operations Coordinator
Location: Crowthorne - working from home, two mandatory office days a month (flexibility around this is required in the event of meetings) The office is available more often for people who prefer.
Salary: £27,000 - £28,000 per annum
About the Role:
As a Training Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of our training programmes. Reporting to the Training Operations Manager, you will oversee programme scheduling, manage logistics, and collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Key Account Directors and New Business Development to understand programme requirements and coordinate successful programme delivery.
- Create detailed project plans outlining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines for large-scale programmes.
- Coordinate with trainers, associates, and vendors to ensure all resources are prepared for programme delivery, including virtual platform testing.
- Schedule programme dates with trainers and clients to confirm a timeline that aligns with their needs.
- Manage programme details in our internal system (Salesforce), ensuring smooth end-to-end processes.
- Support the creation of pre-course work, diagnostics, and evaluations, including reporting.
- Review training materials and documentation for quality assurance and make necessary updates.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders regarding training logistics and operational details.
- Communicate proactively to provide programme updates and maintain positive relationships.
- Join web seminars as a technical producer when needed.
- Review programme evaluations and share insights with relevant stakeholders.
- Manage company training stock and assist with ad hoc projects as required.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Prior experience as a Training Administrator/Coordinator in a corporate training setting.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills to handle multiple programmes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of your work.
- A self-motivated, proactive approach to problem-solving and task completion.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
