Training Operations Coordinator role working for a well-established Training Consultancy who work with the world's best multinational companies. This is a remote role with a requirement to meet in the office twice a month.

Reporting to the Training Operations Manager, you will ensure the smooth and efficient execution of the training programs. You will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of program scheduling, managing logistics, and collaborating with both clients and internal stakeholders. Your role is integral in guaranteeing a seamless and enriching learning experience for all participants.

Salary up to £28,000 depending on experience, plus benefits including 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays, pension and remote working. Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Key Account Directors and New Business Development to understand program requirements and then work closely with clients to manage and coordinate successful program delivery
  • Create project plans outlining key milestones, deliverables and timelines for large scale programs
  • Coordinate with trainers, associates, subject matter experts and vendors to ensure all resources are prepared and available for successful program delivery. Including virtual platform/technology testing
  • Training schedule - schedule program dates with trainers and associates and work with the client to confirm a schedule which aligns with their needs
  • Create assigned programs in our internal system (Salesforce), adding logistic information/deliverables/actions to ensure the smooth end to end program process with actions being documented and achieved. Including creating and running system reports
  • Dependent on program requirement, jointly or solely responsible for program management and participant administration
  • Support and create pre-course work, diagnostics and evaluations (including reporting)
  • Review training materials, handouts and any required documentation for participants and trainers for quality assurance purposes and make necessary changes
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, trainers and internal stakeholders regarding training logistics and operational details and depending on program requirements, contact for participants
  • Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders and clients to provide program updates and maintain positive relationships
  • As needed, join web seminars as a technical producer/producer
  • Review program evaluation and share with relevant stakeholders
  • Arrange printing and shipping of training materials/merchandise as required
  • Responsible for company training stock/books - including managing stock levels, updating stock reports and sending book mailers.

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Training Coordinator, or similar administrative/support roles, preferably in a corporate training or education setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • Working knowledge of Webex, Zoom, MS Teams or other virtual platforms
