Frazer Jones is partnering with a well know global retail organisation to source a permanent Learning & Development Manager based on a hybrid basis of 2 days a week in the office in Woking.

This is a newly created role within the L&D team and will report directly into the People Experience Lead, partnering closely with stakeholders in the business and will line manage a team of three including 2 instructional designers and one organisational capability advisor.

In this role you will be responsible for building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business globally, assist in defining the L&D priorities across the UK & Ireland, help shape the company's leadership capability and coach effectiveness as well as managing the LMS software and identifying current competency gaps and working to solve these. This role will also lead the design, ownership and management of the company's leadership development programme as well as working on additional projects to improve the function.

You will be comfortable working in a fast past environment and have exceptional relationship building skills, with a proven track record of successfully leading a team this role will be responsible for coaching and developing the L&D team. You will also have strong communication and influencing skills, as well as strong problem skills using evidence-based decision making. Previous experience using eLearning tools is essential, with experience using Articulate Storyline 360, Vyond, Camtasia, Edapp and Adeptly being preferred. Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred but not essential.
