This fantastic company mainly work from home, with two days a month in the office based near Crowthorne/Wokingham. The working hours are 9-5pm with some flexibility when needed. The salary on offer is £27,000-£28,000 with 26 days holiday and a paid days volunteering.
What will I be doing in this Training Coordinator role?
- Oversee program scheduling and logistics, ensuring smooth execution
- Coordinate with trainers, clients, and vendors to align resources
- Manage training materials, pre-course work, and participant administration
- Act as the main contact for clients and trainers, ensuring top-notch communication
- Support virtual training sessions (Webex, Zoom, Teams) as a producer
- Maintain training stock, reporting, and system updates (Salesforce)
