Are you a fantastic Training Coordinator or scheduler looking to join a dynamic team ensuring the seamless delivery of world-class training programs? In this exciting Training Coordinator role, you will be reporting to the Training Operations Manager. You'll need to be a multitasker as you will be coordinating schedules, managing logistics, and collaborating with clients and trainers to deliver exceptional experiences.

This fantastic company mainly work from home, with two days a month in the office based near Crowthorne/Wokingham. The working hours are 9-5pm with some flexibility when needed. The salary on offer is £27,000-£28,000 with 26 days holiday and a paid days volunteering.

What will I be doing in this Training Coordinator role?

  • Oversee program scheduling and logistics, ensuring smooth execution
  • Coordinate with trainers, clients, and vendors to align resources
  • Manage training materials, pre-course work, and participant administration
  • Act as the main contact for clients and trainers, ensuring top-notch communication
  • Support virtual training sessions (Webex, Zoom, Teams) as a producer
  • Maintain training stock, reporting, and system updates (Salesforce)
