Customer Service Executive, Basingstoke:
- Temporary Customer Service role for circa 3 months
- Handling customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Working closely with other departments to resolve any customer issues.
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools.
- Building sustainable relationships of trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Meeting personal/customer service team targets and call handling quotas.
