Eye4 Recruitment are working with a highly successful client based in Basingstoke, who are looking to recruit, and additional head count due to growth. The main purpose of this role is to provide timely and accurate customer care to their large client base. My client is a well-established and reputable organisation with a friendly and welcoming environment.

Customer Support Administrator

KEY TASKS

  • Working within the UK/Export team at our headquarters based in Basingstoke
  • Working closely with our external field sales team
  • Retain, develop, and grow new and existing customers
  • Build close customer working relationships
  • Regular pro-active phone contact to existing and new customers
  • Regular pro-active e-mail communication to existing and new customers
  • Identify product opportunities with customers (new & existing) and manage proposals to gain business
  • Process/track customer orders
  • Complete/track new account set up procedure for new customers
  • Input new prospect data
  • Research new distributors by country
  • Regularly record/update customer information including contact data/emails

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • You will have a natural passion for sales
  • Be confident in your approach when talking to new customers and a real energy/desire to communicate with them
  • Keen to join an exciting, energetic, successful, fast growing, sales driven organisation
  • Self-motivated with a positive outlook to work autonomously or as part of a team.
  • Someone who can build rapport and relationships
  • Can demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience of providing excellent customer service with telephone sales would be beneficial
  • Can adjust to the flexible nature of the business
