What You'll Do:As the Customer Service Administrator, you'll be the heart of customer interactions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email and letters
- Processing orders and ensuring accuracy in all transactions
- Maintaining and updating customer records with precision
- Collaborating with our production team to provide timely updates on order status
- Identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions
- Support with internal sales activity when following up email campaigns and advertising activity
- Setting up of new customer accounts with ease
- Contributing to our continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For:Our client believes that a great fit is crucial for success. To join their enthusiastic team, you should have:
- Previous experience in customer service or administration, manufacturing desirable not essential
- Strong communication skills and a team player
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM systems
- Experience with Sage Software an advantage
- The ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
