We have an exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced Customer Service Manager to join a high-quality interior design business in Winchester.
This pivotal role will bridge the gap between sales and production, ensuring customers receive a seamless and exceptional service from order to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of customer service to ensure a smooth and efficient order-to-delivery process
- Act as the key liaison between sales, production planning, finance, purchasing, technical, dispatch and customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the high-end, 5-star market
- Collaborate with the Export Sales Manager to support international clients and understand diverse cultural needs
- Develop and optimise customer service functions, leveraging strong influencing and organisational skills
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience through effective communication, problem-solving and process improvements
- Continuously refine customer service processes to enhance efficiency and satisfaction
What They’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in customer service management, ideally within high-end retail or a similar luxury market
- Strong background in managing cross-functional teams and liaising with various departments.
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with premium clients
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to manage customer expectations and resolve issues efficiently
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
