Digital Marketing Coordinator

TSL Lighting is a dynamic and growing event lighting and rigging company based in Basingstoke, Hampshire. We serve the live events industry, such as esports, live music, festivals, concert touring, theatre productions and more.

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a talented and creative Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing Team.

Reporting Line Manager: Marketing Manager

Overview

As the Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving our digital marketing efforts, enhancing our brand's online presence, and supporting the execution of our overall marketing strategy. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and delivering multi-channel digital campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Your role will involve collaborating across teams to ensure that all digital marketing efforts align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage engaging content for digital channels, including websites, email marketing, social media, and digital advertising, to drive consistent growth in engagement and lead generation
  • Responsible for creating video content to a high standard using editing software to improve picture quality and synchronising footage.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights and other digital marketing software to provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, automated workflows, and newsletters, continuously monitoring performance and optimising strategies for greater impact and effectiveness
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, emerging technologies (AI), and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency, making any necessary recommendations for improvement
  • Maintain and update the website regularly to ensure content is fresh, relevant, and optimised for search engines (SEO)
  • Ensure that all digital marketing efforts align with our brand identity, USP’s, values, and marketing plan
  • Support the Marketing Manager with wider marketing tasks and overall strategy development.
  • Be proactive in generating innovative ideas for campaigns and improvements, presenting these to the Marketing Manager

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Relevant Qualifications in Marketing, Digital Media or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
  • Experience in photography, video editing and design suites.
  • Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM/email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting and storytelling skills with a creative approach to content.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress (desirable but not essential).
  • Ability to work independently, and collaborate as part of a team.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
