What's involved?
As the Conference & Banqueting Manager, you will:
- Lead and train your support staff
- Organize and manage up to 50 casual staff
- Ensure high standards of customer service
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing, motivating, and developing a team
- Previous experience as a Conference and Banqueting Manager in a busy function and wedding venue is a must.
