We are looking for an Events and Activations Manager to join an innovative sustainable energy provider as part of their Community Campaigns team.
The Events and Activations manager will lead on creating unforgettable experiences that promote the brand across towns and cities in the UK.
Role Overview:
In this newly created position, the Events and Activations Manager will manage a team of events and activations specialists, creating impactful experiences for potential customers while driving brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the community activations calendar, ensuring all logistics and assets are in place.

Hire and lead a promotional team to support campaigns in key regions.

Brief and motivate staff for each event to maximize impact.

Collaborate with community managers to enhance local activities and explore new marketing routes.

Develop innovative event concepts and collateral in partnership with the marketing team.

Continuously assess and refine activations to ensure strong ROI.
Who We're Looking For:
We are looking for an organised, inspiring individual who can effectively promote the brand and leave a positive impression on potential customers. Ideally, the Events and Activations Manager will have experience in promotional and marketing campaigns and possess strong communication skills to manage logistics and direct activations.
