Description
- Oversee the recoveries department, ensuring efficient collection of outstanding debts.
- Improve existing recovery strategies, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
- Manage relationships with external recovery agencies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all recoveries processes.
- Provide timely reports on recovery activities and debt situations.
- Coordinate with other accounting & finance teams to minimise credit risks.
- Drive the training and development of the recoveries team.
- Participate in the development of departmental budgets and forecasts.
