Description

  • Develop accurate assessment of monthly results and provide robust data & analytics to drive performance management.
  • Own the budgeting and forecasting processes for the UK business unit
  • Lead insightful, fact based decision-making through objective analysis and knowledge of our consumers and customers within the UK team
  • Provide an unbiased view of business risks and opportunities and evaluate trade-offs considering both short term and long term business targets.
  • Review performance versus plans and understand variances to ensure appropriate actionable interventions to accelerate results or address issues.
  • Lead development of robust business cases to accelerate profitable growth through evaluating alternatives, key assumptions and ensure plans are aligned with relevant strategies.
  • Ensure various areas of investment are being optimized and managed according to strategic priorities
  • Implement continuous improvement principles and simplification to improve financial/business processes in collaboration with the EMEA finance team.

Profile

  • Bachelors Degree
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA
  • Significant post qualified experience in a large, corporate environment
  • Team player and experience leading a small team.
  • Superb analytical/quantitative and communication skills and strong executive presence.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrates thought leadership and manages relationships with business partners.
