What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to drive financial performance across multiple sites.
  • Deliver insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Own financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Improve financial reporting by leveraging data analytics and enhancing financial models.
  • Collaborate closely with commercial and operational teams, influencing key business initiatives.
  • Ensure financial governance, maintaining compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with strong FP&A or finance business partnering experience.
  • Proven experience in financial planning & analysis, reporting, and business performance management.
  • Advanced Excel & data analysis skills, with knowledge of financial systems (SAP a plus).
  • Strong commercial acumen, able to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, confident in influencing and challenging senior leaders.
