Financial Services - Leasing Client Manager

We are seeking an Account Manager with previous experience in asset finance and leasing. You will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team to service a healthy client portfolio. With your knowledge of leasing agreements and asset coordination, you will be a key support in offering tailored and financial business advice. You will be responsible for fostering strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction to strive for repeat business.

Job Title: Financial Services - Leasing Client Manager

Location: Basingstoke

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000, (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and helping grow a customer portfolio of B2B accounts
• Discussing client requirements, providing tailored expert advice on asset finance and leasing options to support their business needs
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded
• Liaise via telephone and email with both suppliers and clients
• Provide quotes and process lease agreements to the relevant team
• Having a clear understanding of FCA Guidelines to support clients effectively
• Keep up to date with industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to offer innovative asset finance solutions

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience within leasing, ideally within asset finance
• A strong understanding of leasing structures, agreements, credit, and risk
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with clients
• Confidence to work with high volumes in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
