Are you an experienced purchase ledger professional looking to take on a supervisory role? I’m currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Supervisor to join a forward-thinking company based in Basingstoke.
The Role:As the Purchase Ledger Supervisor, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the purchase ledger team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. With a mix of hands-on and leadership responsibilities, this is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and mentoring the purchase ledger team.
- Ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Managing supplier relationships and resolving queries.
- Reviewing and improving processes to enhance efficiency.
- Preparing reports for management and ensuring compliance with company policies.
About You:
- Strong experience in purchase ledger, ideally in a supervisory capacity.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships internally and externally.
- Good process improvement experience.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Location:Based in Basingstoke with hybrid working options (2-3 days in the office per week).
