You will be covering Commercial, Industrial, and Local Authority sites to carry out the full range of analytical services such as 4 stage clearances, personal, background, and re-occupation air monitoring in line with HSG 248 guidelines. Experience & Qualifications: " Holding the BOHS P403 & P404 qualification is essential to the role. " Will have experience working as a site analyst for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy. " Well versed in HSG 248 guidelines. " Will be IT literate and able to use TEAMS / TRACKER systems. " Working in line with client / company timeframes. The Role:" Carrying out 4 stage clearances. " Undertaking personal, leak, background, and re-assurance air monitoring duties. " Undertaking visual re-inspections upon completion of work. " Creating and providing clients with certificates of re-occupation. " Ensuring work is carried out in line with HSG 248 guidelines. " Creating detailed reports using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
