- Processing all new and renewal accounts within a specified timescale and ensuring all paperwork submitted is accurate
- Process all documentation correctly and maintain files and records according to procedures
- Keeping customers informed of the progress with their orders
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Other Ad hoc duties as required, and any reasonable requests made by Management and also attend training courses as required
