Sales Order Processor

Location: Basingstoke

Salary: £30,000-£32,000

My client based in Basingstoke is seeking a Sales Order Processor to join their fast paced and collaborative team. The purpose of this role is to ensure excellent customer service is given to all new and existing customers whilst maintaining excellent product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure that all new and post sales orders are dealt with efficiently and that the order is validated and deployed correctly.

Design project and communication plans for delivery of the required solution, ensuring we regularly communicate with our clients while exceeding their expectations.

Ensure constant improvement of customer experience for our clients with maximum efficiency along with a continued drive to enhance your service delivery knowledge.

Co-ordinate both internal and external resource along with raising purchase orders and organizing for materials to be sent to site.

Maintain relationships with key partners to ensure we provide a unified service from supplier to client.

Raise or add all aspects of the project to our CRM which also includes the engine that bills the customer monthly for the services provided.
