ICT Teacher

We’re currently working with an SEND school in Basingstoke, who are seeking an experienced ICT teacher to join their close-knit and dynamic team starting in November 2024. If you can deliver inspirational lessons in ICT we’d love to hear from you!

For the right applicant, a January 2025 start can also be accommodated. The ideal candidate will have QTS, however, we will accept applications from anyone with a strong ICT/Computing background and experience working with children.

This school caters for pupils aged 11 - 19, providing an engaging, aspirational and highly specialist curriculum for young people with Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties, including Autism and Specific Learning Difficulties. Experience teaching pupils

The successful applicant will be joining a team of highly experienced teachers within a well resourced department. You will be working collaboratively with students to deliver outstanding lessons.

• A qualified teacher with a formal teaching qualification (ECTs will be considered for this role)

• Confident teaching ICT at secondary school level

• A passion for your subject and education in general

• Ability to think on your feet and adapt to new environments

• A desire to work as a team with the rest of the department and the school
