Recruitment Coordinator

Pertemps Basingstoke are looking to appoint a recruitment Coordinator who will join their well-established team. You will be working alongside the Team to support in the recruitment of candidates. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of positions, giving you great exposure to the different types of recruitment whilst expanding your knowledgebase and learning from an experienced team.

The Role:
- Source and screen candidates to support in filling jobs
- Build strong, lasting relationships with candidates to understand their skills and career goals
- Liaising with candidates on a day-to-day basis
- Utilising job boards, social media, and other channels to source high-quality candidates
- Conducting initial phone screenings, arranging and coordinating interviews, and assisting in the recruitment process as required
- Maintaining accurate records and updating our CRM system with candidate and client information
- Providing exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients

Recruitment Coordinator Requirements:
- Experience in a customer focussed role
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise workload effectively
- Ambitious, tenacious, committed and resilient
- Friendly, bubbly and super enthusiastic about working hard and striving to reach your full potential
