As Area Manager, you'll be heading up multiple specialisms and leading several 360 recruiters specialising in Business Support, Accountancy, and Facilities across Basingstoke. This is a 'hands-on' managerial role, running your own desk, which enables personal and team bonus!

  • Lead by Example: Support consultants in winning business and filling jobs.

  • Division Management: Oversee your division with full P&L control.

  • Networking: Win new clients and maintain existing relationships.

  • Team Development: Coach and develop consultants, fostering a culture of growth.

  • Income Management: Enhance our day-to-day, long-term, and permanent income streams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in 360 recruitment or as a recruitment leader/manager.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

  • Excellent business acumen and commercial awareness

  • Proficient in setting and achieving sales targets and KPIs.

  • Ability to coach and develop consultants to reach their full potential.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
