The Firm & TeamThe firm's Commercial Property department serves a diverse range of clients, including investors, developers, corporate occupiers, housebuilders, landowners, and both commercial landlords and tenants.

The team handles a wide range of commercial property matters, such as:

• Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
• Commercial leases (acting for both landlords and tenants)
• Development projects
• Property finance and secured lending
• Land promotion and option agreements
• General property management

Due to increasing demand and a rapidly expanding caseload, the firm is looking to recruit solicitors at all levels.

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor (all PQE levels considered)
• Experience in commercial property transactions
• Strong client management and business development skills
• A proactive and commercially focused approach
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team
