The RoleAs part of the firm's expanding Corporate Commercial practice, you will be involved in a wide range of high-quality corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, corporate restructuring, and general commercial contract work. You will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload, develop strong relationships with clients, and take on leadership responsibilities within the team.
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor with a strong background in corporate and commercial law
- Senior Associate, Legal Director, or Partner level experience (or equivalent)
- Demonstrable experience in handling complex corporate and commercial transactions
- Excellent client management and business development skills
- Ability to mentor and lead junior lawyers and contribute to team development
- Strong commercial acumen with a proactive and solutions-driven approach
- Proven track record of success in generating new business and building client relationships
