Their Commercial Property team prides itself on delivering top-notch legal advice and solutions to a diverse clientele. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Solicitor to head their Commercial Property team.Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Commercial Property team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal services.- Handle a diverse and complex caseload of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, lease negotiations, and development projects.- Provide strategic legal advice on all aspects of commercial property law, including landlord and tenant matters, property finance, and planning applications.- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial property documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements.- Conduct thorough due diligence, including title investigations and property searches.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, agents, and other stakeholders.- Oversee compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.- Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.- Contribute to business development and the growth of the Commercial Property department.Qualifications and Experience- Qualified Solicitor with 10+ years PQE- Extensive experience in all fields of commercial property work.- Proven track record of handling complex commercial property transactions.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.- Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload with minimal supervision.- Proficiency in using legal practice management software and other relevant technology.Reference 36699PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL (INCLUDING SPAM FOLDER) FOR CONFIRMATION YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED.In accordance with https://uksi/2003/3319/regulation/19/made
