Our client is seeking diligent Junior Legal Counsel to join their legal department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of legal matters within the renewable energy sector and providing guidance to our team.

Description
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating leases with the client's solicitor
- Carrying out of title review and circulating this to the internal teams together with raising any necessary title enquiries with the Landlord's solicitor;
- Supporting the development of standard legal documents and templates;
- Drafting and issuing of Exclusivity Agreements;
- Working closely with external solicitors and internal teams to ensure processes are followed throughout the lifetime of the project
- Searches
- HMLR Applications
- Review of Contracts (including HoTs, AFL and general commercial contracts)
Profile
A successful Junior Legal Counsel should have:
- UK/IRE Qualified - Newly qualified - 2 years PQE
- Experience in Commercial property law
- Experience of Contract and Land Law processes and procedures are essential
- At least 12 months of previous legal experience in a similar position
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- A highly analytic mind with problem-solving skills.
Job Offer
- A competitive salary of approximately £40,000 - £50,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
