About the Role

As part of the Residential Property team, you will handle a diverse caseload, including lease extensions and complex property transactions. The team consists of six fee earners and eight assistants, working under the guidance of the Head of Residential Property. You'll be a key player in providing expert legal advice and top-tier client service from instruction to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling the full conveyancing process from start to finish
  • Managing your own caseload, including lease extensions and complex property matters
  • Assisting with post-completion registrations
  • Business development and networking to generate new business
  • Ensuring compliance with CQS standards and firm policies
  • Upholding the firm's reputation for legal excellence and outstanding client care
About You:
  • Minimum of 3 years' PQE in Residential Property, with experience in lease extensions being a plus
  • Strong client focus, excellent communication skills, and empathy
  • Ability to manage your own caseload efficiently while working in a team-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with case management systems like LEAP and digital dictation is desirable
  • Ready to contribute to the firm's growth through business development activities
