Senior Corporate & Commercial Solicitor
My client is currently searching for a Senior Corporate & Commercial Solicitor (8 years + PQE) to join their dynamic and progressive Corporate & Commercial team. You will be playing a key role of the development of the department and client base. The department deals with a broad mix of work including mergers and acquisitions of various size and complexity, corporate restructuring, shareholders agreements, LLP and partnership matters and commercial contracts including sale of goods and services, IT and IP, and data protection. The department also provides insolvency services including sales and purchases from administrators and liquidators.

- Confident networker with the ability to attract your own clients and build relationships with professional contacts.
- Leadership and management qualities to help develop junior members of the team.
A competitive initial salary of between £70,000 - £90,000 p/a will be awarded to the suitable candidate and will increase, once established within the business.
