Description
The Intellectual Property Counsel position based in Berkshire will involve the following tasks:
- Assist with managing the IP portfolio
- Draft, negotiate and review IP, Software and Licensing agreements
- Provide legal advice to support proposed deals
- Provide advice around patents, trademarks and copyright issues
- Collaborate with the wider legal and operational teams
Profile
The successful candidate for the Intellectual Property Counsel position will need to have the following skills and experience:
- Have a strong background working within Intellectual Property
- Experience of negotiating IP licences
- Experience of handling software licences and Saas agreements
- Strong knowledge of patents, trademarks and Copyright law
- Experience of working on cases outside of the UK would be an advantage
- Have excellent communication skills
Job Offer
This is an Interim position for 3-6 months.
