Are you a passionate Property Lawyer looking to make a significant impact? Join our client's highly regarded Corporate Legal Team within a vibrant environment! We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic and committed professional to help drive our client's asset management plan, ensuring the efficient and effective use of land and property assets to achieve the client's goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Legal Support: Provide expert legal advice on acquisitions, disposals, leases, and property development projects.
- Advisory Role: Offer guidance on property transactions, land law, and practice within local government or the public sector.
- Caseload Management: Handle a diverse range of property matters, ensuring timely and accurate legal advice.
- Collaborative Work: Partner with colleagues across various units to support the client's objectives.
- Team Engagement: Participate in monthly team meetings and enjoy flexible remote working, fostering a supportive and connected team environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: Fully qualified solicitor, barrister, or CILEX with post-qualification experience.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge and experience in property law and practice, ideally within local government or the public sector; private practice experience is also valuable.
- Skills: Ability to manage a diverse range of property, landlord & tenant, and development work.
- Team Player: Commitment to the wider objectives of the team with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Resilience: Ability to work to tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
