  • Draft a variety of corporate and commercial documents and agreements
  • Update company books and statutory registers, including submitting filings to Companies House
  • Conduct research to address any legal issues that arise
  • Carry out administrative tasks such as opening files, conducting client due diligence, and preparing documents
  • Attend meetings with clients and stakeholders, both remotely and in person
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A strong academic background and, if appropriate, the completion of the Legal Practice Course (LPC) or an equivalent qualification
  • Excellent communication skills and a willingness to work with and adopt new technologies and innovations
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and experience with legal research tools (e.g., Practical Law, LexisNexis)
