We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Manager on behalf of a leading company in the logistics sector. This role is crucial for ensuring the organised, efficient, and tidy management of the company's warehousing and stock. This position requires excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Day-to-day of the role:- Oversee the receiving and dispatching of goods.
- Routinely check finished goods stock and consignment stock levels.
- Inspect all deliveries.
- Maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Manage the daily activities of Warehouse Technicians.
- Uphold the highest standards of Health and Safety.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and periodic safety checks.
- Implement stock rotation.
- Maintain First Aider and Fire Marshall qualifications.
- Ensure ongoing training for Warehouse Technicians.
- Proven experience managing a team within logistics and warehouse operations.
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in IT.
