This will be an Assistant Site Manager role for a regional developer, working on 20 units of bespoke, high-value properties. You will be working alongside the Site Manager to ensure H&S is adhered to, NHBC inspections, as well as RAMS, QA checks, toolbox talks, site inductions and customer walk throughs.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience with bespoke housing, high-value projects, and previous Assistant Management experience.

Candidates must have valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid.
